what supplement on a cut?

My goals: To 'cut' while maintaining muscle mass and strength (trying to increase strength)

Diet: 200-230g protein. 130-200g carbs. Roughly 25g fat (i weigh 100kg)

3 days of cardio, 3 days of weights in a week.

current supps:

Whey/MRP
Multivit
Cod liver oil
ECA (only before cardio)

So...i was thinking perhaps some ATD, or a cortisol 'blocker' such as retain 2 (cannot afford both atm)

Any suggestions?

Thanks

To be perfectly honest i would'nt bother with anything more than what you are already using. Although for some creatine may be helpfull to maintain strength levels, but it's not for everyone.

It may sound boring, but quite simply your diet is the biggest factor.

Also, if you're serious about cutting then i would be aiming for at least 5 cardio sessions a week.

it's not an out and out 'cut'. More like a quest to lose a bit of weight (about 16lb in 2 months).

I can't do much cardio. I have damaged my lateral collateral ligament(s) on my right knee and my cardio mainly consists of boxing and fast-uphill walking

You're like me then. Half a left hip and 3 crushed verterbrae here.

The optimal fat loss stack consists of a thermogenic, a thyroid stimlutor and a non stim.

Gaspari Thyrotabs, Fusion T2 or Thermolife Dicana should really give you a boost.

To be honest, if you can box then you can manage light sessions on a stationary cycle.

Losing fat and maintaining muscle is all about diet, cardio and weight training!

it's the bending of the knee that seems to aggrevate my condition. Ther's a lack of knee bending in boxing, but no shortage in bike riding.

No worries if you can only do the 3 days of cardio. Its all about calories in calories out. You must expend more calories than you need to lose weight. Keep protein intake high, and I would recommend cycling calories/carbs after you see results diminishing. Eat, Monitor, and Adjust! Good Luck Bro

    Taste doesn't build muscle.

Glutamine apparently is good for keeping gains while cutting mate :) a good one is ICE by Xtreme Formulations, although it is pretty pricey for glutamine though.

Thats because its a BCAA, not just Glutamine. One of the best BCAA's on the market at the moment.

I'm currently cutting on Anabolic Pump, SesaThin and Lipo 6, its going well.

IMO the AP and SesaThin have upped my fat loss (it increased when i introduced these) and the Lipo 6 keeps me awake at my desk after i've been up at 5:50am for morning cardio. It might also be helping a bit with the fat loss but i can't really judge how much.

You can get the above cheaply from nutraplanet.com. Pick the USPO shipping option and you won't get charged import duty

Keep your heart rate at ~65%MHR and the walking will be fine. Short quick steps will make it harder if your heart rates too low (but you'll look like a tool! )

Seeing fat loss on AP myself. Just over a week in. SesaThin did nothing for me though when I took it. Lipo 6 worked well, 1st real fat burner I took.

Currently stacking AP with GXR and sida cordifolia.

I'm on 2.5mL 3x a day of SesaThin, did you go that high? I didn't notice much at 1.25mL a day.
8oZ at Nutraplanet is $20 so i can afford to double the dose

I did at first but it wasn't too bad, not as bad as some reports i've seen.
It goes after a while, stick with it.
