there is no magic pills you can pop mate that you can then sit on your arse and you will grow into an arnold !

gaining good muscle mass takes alot of hard work and dedication ! supplements are there to help and make gains a little faster maybe but without the hard work you may as well forget it bud !

Not a body builder but want to put on muscle and weight?

What does a body builder do then lol?

First sort out your diet then think about supplements. Supplements are what they say on the tin, a supplement or an add on to a diet.

Hazard a touch of narcissism without shame.
There is no room for junk food in any diet whatsoever, leave the junk in the bin.

Yea i go to the gym everynow and then. The reason i though a supplement could help me is that no matter how much i eat i always seem to stay the same weight, someone said i had a high mattabolism but i dunno if thats right.

If you are eating a balanced diet and as much as you humanly can and you still are not gaining then a good weight gainer may help add the extra calories you need .

going to the gym just now and then won't help much aswell, you need to put a routine in place and stick to it.

if you arent gaining weight and you dont have any medical condition relating to this then you are not eating enough PERIOD.

If you eat a good diet you will gain weight, if you eat a good diet and train correctly, then that weight will mostly be muscle.

At the end of the day gaining quality muscle takes years and years of work and requires a big overhaul in diet by most ppl who undertake it.
