what to do next
Just after some opinions on what route to go down really.
I have a holiday away with the Mrs in 11 weeks time, and wanted to shed a small amount of fat from my waist (my top abs are visable allready, just want to bring out the obliques.)
My current training is a 4 day split, with minimum leg work. This is due to recovering from a broken leg and ankle in September.
My rep range has been between 8-10 reps x 4 sets and lifting heavy. I've had some good gains from it so far.
I currently weigh 80kgs and probably am around 13% bf.
Would introducing a couple of cardio sessions in a week benefit burning fat? Or would I just commit to enduring a "cut" or would that be wasting time?
I had a pt session yesterday seeking advice and to be honest it was sh*te. I feel I didn't get a decisive answer on what to do, he just showed me a cardio circuit for fat burning and mentioned some 10x10 training.
Any advice would be appreciated!
