what training to go with my course!!
Hi guys my course is
Dianabol 1-7wks 40mg aday
Test400 1-12 500 wk
Tri tren 5-12 ?
UnDecided on what to run tren on I've never taken it before so could do with your advise on it and not sure really why I've chosen WK 5-12 if you got advise on this aswel would be helpful
And also I rotate my training with strength and muscles building my training is something like this sorry this is a big read but bare with it
Incline barbell bench 5x10
Lat pull down 5x10
Flat dumbbell 4x10
Cable rows 4x10
Single arm Dumbell row 3x10-12
Standing Straight arm pulldowns 3x12
This is what my chest and back session goes superset but I'll do my chest exercise rest 1min back exercise rest 1min chest rest 1min etc..........
Chest and back
When I changed to my strength training its something like
Barbell Bench 5x5
Barbell rows 5x5
Barbell curls5x5 sometimes I'll higher reps and drop sets 3x10
Tri-Dips5x5 sometimes change reps n sets 3x10
Shoulder press 5x5
Side lats 3x10
Front last 3x10
I am due next week to return to my strength training program with the course I'm going on what type of training do you think will benefit me more from this course thx to who ever takes time to read this post and comment whether its gd or bad
