whats supps am i missing (cutting)

Just about to put my order in with my protien, needed help as ive never used anything but protien. i'm currently cutting so is anything on my list out of place.


Waxy maize starch. on the myprotien site it says

"Waxy Maize Starch (WMS) is a fast-acting complex carbohydrate, which is 100% sugar and lactose free." so does that mean its 100% sugar and is lactose free or that it is 100% sugar free and 100% lactose free?

flaxseed not sure in what source ie, caps, oil, seeds. (seeds are so cheap but i know you have to blend them and stuff which could be hassle but if i can save money im up for it.)


Either

bcaa or l glutamine or L leaucine?

am i missing anything?

quick, get into the chopper!!!

    we did this aready but hay im not one to stand in the way of progress.

    meal
    1. 6 EGGS scrambled in olive oil.
    eca
    clen
    Green tea.
    fish oil.

    2. chicken breast or salmon (chicken of the sea....yum)

    3. chicken and sppon of nat pb Q how much carbs should i consume hear?

    train

    4. lucozade, 15mins later protien shake. Q. If i do cardio after training should i consume my glucose whilst doing cardio or after? same goes for protien shake?

    5. chicken and rice brocoli cauliflower

    6. protien shake

    7. hand full of nuts usual cashews. Q. these are high in carbs but are low gi are they ok late at night?

    8. half to whole pot of cottage cheese depends how hungry i am.

    also i will add protien jelly if im still hungry to any of the above meals or as a snack if i need it.

    protien shakes are whey unflavoured but i add sweetner if i need to.

    IMO without figures on how much you take its at each meal its difficult to say, but it looks good.

    What are your stats?

    Im only 21 but im 6'3 and 102k body fat is around 14/15% i always forget to get it checked at the gym before i train (like a mad man i just want to lift weight's!!!)

    what else?


    300-400g pro
    50-100g carbs
    100-200g fat including supps

    Try cardio on Empty in the mornings if your not already?
    Doing that fat will just melt off, I do 30 mins rowing before breakfast and its fantastic.

    Other than that and a calorie defecit Supps arent really necessary, but some of us love trying things to get an advantage, me included. Ive tried an ECA stack from today and delighted with impact so far, but thats more for after cutting getting rid of the last stubborn bit of fat.

    How much Cardio do you do?

    to be compltely honest i only do 30mins after training in the afternoon usually but i have just bought a bike and i plan to cycle for 30mins in the morning before breakfast aswell as doing my cardio after training.

    eca's are great i was going through 4 a day at one point but my body has adapted to the lack of carbs now i so dont need them as much.

    Thats cool mate, the cycling will make a difference.
    On my own cut I dropped alcohol out completely and bought a rower with what I would have spent on the month of drinking, use that every morning and its great.

    The sacrafices we all make for our body's eh?! haha

    ADD VEG/SALAD TO MEAL 3 AS WELL PAL.

    Try increasing your carbs a bit more to say 150-200g per day and get the cardio sessions going. I train weights Mon / Wed / Fri and Cardio Tues / Thurs / Sat / Sun. Cardio is key for me (once diet is good). I go steady at around 65%-70% of MHR and burn approx 450kcal per session. I've done this for over a week and have dropped 2lb. It's steady progress and I don't feel drained because of lack of carbs. What I learned is your body burns fat as well as carbs for energy so you won't benefit from lack of carbs at all. You need them there to keep the fat burning.

    Sorry still learning myself, so I may very well be wrong here. I read that you body burns fat and carbs for fuel, albeit in different ratios at different heart rates. If there are no carbs in your body and glycogen levels are at minimum, doesn't protein break down into some sort of sugars? I kind of figured that with a steady amount of carbs and upping cardio you will have the energy to do longer and more frequent sessions and in return burn more fat.

    What is GNG?

    meal 3 when i eat "chicken of the sea" (salmon) it is packed with omega 3 fish oil already...... should i still add some or did you over look this?

    over-looked it, if your having chicken add them then pal.

    do u mean adding carbs PWO as I suggested?

    if your concerned with too much carbs perhaps cut them out b4 training and get add them PWO instead.
