whats teh best nuts for a cut

Im about to start my cut on Monday, for my bulk I would eat about  75-100g of cashew nuts as they had good amount of pro, carbs and fats. but on a cut what's recommended?

    it probably depends on how strict your being with your carbs but id recommend cashews, almonds or brazil nuts (all raw) about 20/25g but probably depends on your overall diet though im certainly no expert

    Ive been eating hazlenuts, seem fine too me! alot tastier then almonds too.

    I am thinking of having a handful a day between meals, i might have a combination walnuts and almonds just so I don't get bored.

    Will you be on a 'keto diet'. If not I wouldn't bother with nuts on a cut. Too calorie dense and will doing nothing for your appetite.

    I think they help keep you filled up when on a cut esp when you drink plenty of water too. I have 25g (brasils, cashews, walnuts, almonds, hazlenuts) 3 x a day. IIRC there is 150 Kcal in 25g, they are a good way to get the cals in whilst reducing carbs IMO.

    I've stopped buying nuts. Every time I plan on eating a handful with a meal, I ALWAYS end up eating half or the whole pack, which then leads to me to eat other foods I shouldn't be, thorough-out the day! I've always had a self-control problems with nuts... so I stopped buying them.

    What's the worst that could happen?
