whats the diffrence between...

Hi

What is the actual diffrence between training like for 30 mins at once or spreading it out during the day? like 3-4 mins ever 2 hours say!

which is better? at once or spread around? (i work from home so i have plenty of FREE time now and then!)

Thanks.

To be honest I wouldnt call 2-5 minutes every 2 hours a workout

Anyway Id prefer to do the full half hour in one go and work up a sweat

spread around, depending on how the routine looks like

To put it simply, you wont be taxing your muscles hard enough by training only 3 minutes every 2 hours or so, which in-turn wont produce sufficient growth hormones to allow your muscles to grow big and stong.

Big, sure. Strong, no. Spreading out your work over the day (3 minutes is a bit extreme, since it hardly even gives you time to warm up, but 10 minutes would probably work) would actually be a pretty effective way to train for strength without getting bigger.
