Plan your food out the day before and make sure you have the ingredients in and prepare as much as you can the night before... It takes 20 minutes at the most to do that and saves loads of messing on the day plus it helps keeping with your diet clean as you know what your eating next...

Ready made meals and processed meat are quicker and easier than making meals from fresh ingredients.

Obviously not as good for you but tastier and easier.

I make loads of things like flapjacks and protein cake bars which can be made quite calorie dense and dont take up much space.

That and i just eat less frequently so it doesnt interfere with my life as much

no being funny mate but get up 30 mins earlier.  Preparation is key to success.  Diet is no different.

Every time I get caught short without quality nutrition is because I haven't prepared properly.  I am then faced with 2 choices.  1 eat nothing or 2 eat some fast food ****e.

I have never been caught short in over a year.

Tub of cottage cheese with some oats and peanut butter, splenda to flavour.  I dump all this in a tupparware on a night and it takes me 2 mins.

My other meal is tuna mayo sandwiches which obviously take a few more minutes.  But I still only spend 5 - 7 mins and I've made my meals for the following day.

cook meals before hand, i cook a batch of chicken for example then leave it in the fridge and eat it if/when needed.

Can do the same with pasta/rice/veg etc make it up when you have some spare time leave it in the fridge and eat it the dayafter or whatever.
