i like the choice of exercises very much.

i would be tempted to combine e.g. the mil press and bench press into one day, so you are only working 4 days a week.

Why limit yourself to those exercises.
I don't know what your motivations are but I don't think you'll get a great physique from that routine.
There's no direct work for bis, tris, hams, abs, calves.
Since I'm on a downer and you did ask 5x5 sucks too.
    Each to their own, hey

I just see the point in the first 2-3 sets. 3x5 or 2x5 maybe.
But hey we're all different. I tried 5x5 and didn't get on with it. Others love it to bits.

5x5 for bench is hard as hell.

When i put up say 75% 1rm and try 5x5 i kill 2 set. Die on the second. The rest are just painful.lol
I like drop sets to be honest.

    1x5@75%
    1x4@80%
    1x3@80%
    1x2@90%
    1x2@90%

Then u can put a fork in me cause im done

    I think that could work.

I know a copuple of power lifters who employ a similar routine and do well

    Raw dead Lift 320kg
    Raw bench 171kg
    Shirted bench 200kg
    Amateur cage fighter @ 95 - 105kg
