when is best to get weighed?

when is best to get weighed?

did a search for this but couldnt find anything.......

is it best to get weighed first thing in the morning due to hydration levels changing throughout the day? and should you get weighed on the same day each week? i've weighed myself a few times in the last couple of weeks and there has been half a stone difference some days, up and down.

    1st thing in the morning when stomach is empty and at the same time each week

    but how will your stoamch be empty if say you eaten a big meal before bed?

    8 hours is a long time with no food and your body wont keep it in your stomach it will get rid of it in its ways

    take whats good and store the crap to get rid of for when you wake up lol

    Yeh, every 2 weeks under the same conditions.

    I.e. go to the bathroom do what you need to, then weigh yourself, repeat every 2 weeks.

    weight goes up and down each day and week so a 2 week gap will be more better for you then weighing yourself everyday or week
