when to train grip & forearms?

when to train grip & forearms?

Does it make any difference when i train my grip & forearms.I want to start doing farmers walk but dont know if i should do it on deadlift day or on a rest day?

    Personally i wouldnt do it on a deadlift day cos it hammers my grip anyway, I had it mentioned to me last night that a shoulders day could be a good move, I use chest day presently

    I just pick 3 session to throw 10mins extra in to train it, unless you are looking for strongman type of gains and progress I don't feel there whereabouts in your regime matters too too much.

    After Chest and Bis I do thick bar static hold and lever work. After Legs I simply do some flexion grip work (for want of a better phrase). After Back I do pinch grip work.

    So far so good.

    Ok thankyou both for your replys,I will give the grip work a try this week when i can fit it in.
