when to work out forearm

when I workout my back and forearm on th same day it gets so hard to grip when doing other exercises with what muscle group do you workout your forearm with

19 year old 6'0 188lbs
leg press 460lbs
bench 185lbs
incline press 145lbs
decline press 195lbs
shoulder press 170lbs
leg ex 240lbs
smith strait leg deadlift 320lbs
bicep curl 140lbs
smith shrug 380lbs
leg curl 165lbs
fly mach 170lbs

    I don't work muy forearms, they get worked with other lifts. Don't really see the point unless they are very weak.

    If you're doing deadlifts on back day your forearms will be sufficiently hit.

    I'd add one exercise to your bicep exercises perhaps. If you're already doing something like hammer curls then again it isn't really necessary.
