whey - where next?

hey
i have now nearly finished a 5k tub of 90+ protein , i have found it to be ok but the taste is starting to be the same old so i was going to try somthing else.
i have been taking 2 x50g scoops and 1x 25g scoop every day and the gains have been ok , they have started to slow down alot now but i expected that becuase im in pre-season . i think i have been crapping alot of the protein out so i guess im just wasting it

i was just wondering what you recomend for me to try next , as you can see i have been taking quite alot but thats what it says to use.

i have been looking at reflex and myprotein but they say only take 30g servings instead of the 50g of 90+

any advise welcome

    gaspari myofusion taste awesome

gains have nothing to do with what brand your using and what do you mean pre-season?

serving size on the tub means nothing if you want to use 50g use 50g

Its called marketing, "our brand is the best" "see the greatest you'll see from any protein" etc etc. In general the only difference are a few added extras and taste, tangible differences are minimal.

Generally a protein blend such as Syntrax Matrix, Pro-Peptide, or Myofusion produces a good taste.
