which chicken

when reading all the diets posted most just say chicken

not breast or leg dose it make a difference which part it is
or is it all the same?

    most people are referring to chicken breast, without the skin. that is the healthiest piece of the chicken

    personally i like a bit of leg sometimes

    You can go for either the breast or leg so-to-speak. The leg will have a little more saturated fat in it, but if you can hardly eat the white meat of the breast, then go with more of the leg meat.

    Chicken has all of the EAAs, see the AA "fan" on the Nutritiondata links YIB posted.

    Fat-dodgers can choose skinless breast. For those who don't mind a bit of fat, the leg meat is fine. It's still a mere 2.3% sat fats. There's an O6:O3 ratio of ~10, though.
