which fat burner to get

Im just starting a cutting up program, ive had my diet sorted out on the forum now and just wanted a fat burner to try speed the process up a bit.

I was told by a friend to get Maximuscles Thermobol but im sure there is better out there, if anyone could give advice it would be very helpful. Thanks

wait till you hit a brick wall in terms of progress then look into one

theyre the icing on the cake not to be used before, why would you want to use all your ace cards anyway before youve played your good hand

i have been on a good diet and regime for 2 months now, and i dont feel i am seeing enough of a drop in body fat so am gonna go on the greandes for 2 months and see what happens. I have gone from 18.5% bf to 17.5% in 2 months which to me is bloody slow. I do circuits with HIIT cardio and i feel i should be burning more. So its up to you, if you genuinly feel you are pushing hard and not seeing the results u want, go for it.

Though i do understand the point about overloading yourself too early. But i just cant be arsed waiting anymore

    Pure ephedrine and caffeine stack
    Thermorexin

stims/thermogens should not be seen as a replacement for calorie restriction or activity. They should be used to enhance compliance with calorie restriction and to enhance intensity/duration of activity. Otherwise they are only minimally effective.

as a note- when using stims, especially if high protein diet (which is generally the case on these forums), water intake needs to be sufficient. Typically reccomend liter per 30-40lbs of bodyweight.

maximuscles THERMOBOL? I was going to give that a try but as already stated, its only really needed when you've literally done all you can. It'll only aid to shift the little remaining fat.

atro phex is worth looking into. feels almost as powerful as ECA but ...it doesn't have any in....just everything else you could possibly put in a pill :)

A very average fat burner, at a not so average price

    Anyone used Thermogenic Thyrotabs?

Gaspari's? If so I have used them, and they work quite well. IIRC they contain precursers to T2 and T3

I still have 2 boxes, which I bought from the US. I want to try ALRI's T-X some time in the future as well to compare the two products

Yep that's the one. What did you feel like when you came off them?

Felt fine after a day or two. For the two days after it's use I was a little lethargic and very thirsty

The product is not as supressive as straight T3 or T4

I use this to great effect. It contains 153mg of caffeine, so I take one thermobol tab, 4 tabs of ephedrine(8mg each) and 75mg aspirin. That turns it into an ECA stack.
This is a very good stack IMO.

I also do cardio and weights- I think this is the biggest factor!
