As a chelsea fan it would be nice if you didnt get any of them.

However for me the real replacement from out of that list would def be Gatuso

Very pleased about Heinze's commitment. He is an excellent player. Don't know how Ronaldo's going to cope though. Can't see him staying too long to be honest. Not at all convinced about Torres - never seen him play well.

Wouldnt be surprised to see a certain lanky french midfeilder come in now his team has beeen relegated.
I would be disgusted if he did though.

Gattuso is really the only one i would like.

Carrick & Hargreaves would do for squad players that's about it, as a replacement not a chance.

Another midfielder along with the likes of Gattuso and then the problem of sorting out Ruuds Replacement, which is just impossible, 25-30 goal man don't grow on trees. Don't really know an awful lot about Torres, i don't see him getting 30 plus a season.

Yes, I've heard Viera would be joining ManU if they get relagated (Juve). He would be a good replacement for Keane IMO. I wouldn't like to see Carrick go from spurs though (as I'm a spurs man myself like!)

If you are refering to Aaron Lennon, he definately isn't for sale and has signed up to Spurs until 2011

took this from yahoo news after ferguson said ruud is on his way out with 3 clubs after him

However, his impending departure is set to finally trigger United into some meaningful transfer activity, with West Brom keeper Tomasz Kuszczak set to arrive at Old Trafford in the near future, a move that will see Ben Foster - the Red Devils' senior keeper on the current tour of South Africa - rejoin Watford on loan for the coming campaign.

Although West Brom dispute that Kuszczak is going anywhere, Ferguson said: "We have an agreement with Watford for Ben to go back there for another full season.

"We are in the process of tying up a deal with Tomasz Kuszczak from West Brom. He has Premiership experience and he will be the number two to Edwin van der Sar next season."

At least one midfield reinforcement is expected - probably Michael Carrick - although Ferguson is adamant Paul Scholes remains an integral part of the United squad after making a full recovery from his worrying eye complaint.

"Paul Scholes is back - it is as simple as that," said Ferguson.

"It doesn't matter who I am thinking about bringing into my midfield, Paul Scholes will be included, as he would in any side in the world."

Torres is an awesome player, and i could see him scoring 20+ a season no problem. Torres and rooney upfront would make all my dreams come true.

I agree about gattuso, would be nice to have the assasin in midfield, but carrick is a good holding midfield player, but not as much aggression. The carrick/rooney link up could make some interesting united play.

    I hope ronaldo stays.

i'm a gooner myself but torres rooney would be just as exciting as torres henry to watch

dont think we will be chasing torres though despite earlier speculation, we already have way too many strikers unless arsene can shift adebayor and reyes quickly

this is shaping up already to be a smashing season
