wieght gain

am looking to pack some real size, dont care to much about the waist line at the mo, gonna cut down after the summer. i'v been going thu 3 tubs of cyclone a month which is costing my £100, an i only want to be spending about £60 - tops! also cyclone only had 256cals, an weight gain normly has around 500.

so my question is Whats a good, cheap, tasty, weight gain?

you need to be stuffing yourself with food too, but a good cheap weight gainer would be vyomax's vyogain. It's less than 10 quid a kg, delivered.

yeup and full of a good protein blend and slow carbs too, but if your diet aint up to scratch then youll be spending a lot of money on something that aint gonna do much

Try adding oats to whey protein... Much better than Cyclone

    Cheap, tasty and slow digesting

ok here goes... i'm 13stone 6ib, and about 22%body fat, was only 12st 2ibs 15%bf before i started working out again 5 weeks ago (i broke my arm, so i was out of action for 5 months) work out 4 times aweek

    my diet is

    6.30am cyclone + 3 white toast

    9.30am 2 eggs + 2 bacon + 1 tomato + 3 white bread

12.30pm chicken curry + rice + half a protein bar

    3.30pm 1/2 tine tune + 3 bread + 1tb peanut butter

    4.00pm ----work out ---

    5.00pm cyclone + 3 bread + vit tab + cod tab

8.00pm pizza (haha or wat ever the wife makes)

    11.00pm 1/2 tin tune + 2 toast

i know its alot of bread but its doing the trick, i'll have to get some oats.

has any one tried cnp weight gainer? looks ok like

Once your diet is sorted - that will work for you..

No need to be spending money on supps at this stage IMO

im around 15% in my avatar mate

thats some impressive gains in terms of strength but carbs need to be controlled to give a balance of strength and recovery. too much of anything wil make you fat as well

over half of your diet is based on supps and dirty food, no fruit, no veg and no omega 3 content either

need to have a rethink. stop over at the diet forum and we shall sort you out

also im rather duious of those lifts as well, curling 45kg mate, id like to see a vid of your form as i dont know many who do that and have less than 18 inch arms to show for it
