wisdom tooth problem?

Woke up a few days ago to a pain in the right side of my jaw. When I bit down I get a pain at the back of my jaw up towards my ear. It hurts when I open my mouth, to push the lower jaw forwards, push the lower jaw back and when i push across my jaw with my hand (left to right).

Is this down to my wisdom tooth? Or is it something totally different?

Sounds like it. I was getting problems with my lower 2 coming in at a wierd angle and pushing by back teeth together, similar pain you're experiencing now. Went to the dentist and got them all out, best thing i done. No pain and my back teeth have straightened back out.

It could well be gum disease.

Can you see a tooth coming through at all?

Bottom line... - get to a dentist.
