women and grippers

I was thinking the other day, about grippers, and women J5 reckoned that if a guy wants to close a COC3 it would be a dead cert given X years of training at it (where x is an integer i have forgotten), i was just wondering if the same is true for ladies?
Do any of you girls use grippers? or do hand/wrist training in general?

(+10 respect points for anyone who makes a joke about women squeezing COCs [:p]or not )

I do try to exercise my forearms because they are quite weak relative to my arms and back. But I find that they also get really worked when I do chins. They give before my back so then I use straps to support me after they give.
