workout before bed, what to eat?? and daily food too

workout before bed, what to eat?? and daily food too

Hi everyone,

Basically I work from 9-6 everyday and I've been getting home at 6.30 having my pre workout porridge with protein to fuel my workout and training at 7.30, getting home at 9 having my post workout shake of whey and quick release carbs then pwo meal at 9.30 with protein and low/med GI carbs then goin bed at 10. Is this what I should be eating even if I was going bed straight afterwards I know I still need to refuel my muscle glycogen but do I need the quick release and slow release or??

And also in the day, I have my breakfast at 8 then go to work, where they provide muesli/breakfast type foods which ill wait till like 10 to eat, then they also provide lunch at 1 which is protein and carb based which really fills me up as its a buffet! So I can wait to get my carbs till I get home usually if not ill have some fruit or more of the buffet. Question is shall I ditch the carbs at any of these meals cos its just not neccessary or shall I bring something to eat at work?? I'm lean bulking btw :)
