workout portions

workout portions

i am currently trying to bulk whilst losing a little bit of weight by hitting the cv twice a week. on a workout day i have 200g of protein and 350g of carbs, what should i have on a cv day to ensure i loose weight. i am 183cm, 80kg and 12.5% body fat, ideally i would like to be around 7%. any advice will be greatly apperciated

    thats gonna be impossible.
    to bulk and build muscle your gonna gain weight.
    eating to gain on workout days and then eating to lose weight on non workout days means both are cancelling each other out!
    choose which you want more
    add size? or lose the weight?

    i think what he means is reduce body fat while increasing lean muscle, which is NOT impossible, just very difficult and has alot to do with genetics. The best way to try to do this is to bulk on a very clean diet, and do cardio with depleted gylcogen levels to promote burning of fat.
    I think your better off concentrating on one or the other though to be honest mate as you are more likely to get better results that way.
