workout styles/nutrition

OK I know I might should be posting this in the nutrition forum but I think a persons workout impacts what they should eat. So to you powerlifters what do yall suggest. Im 194 5'10ish + and low bodyfat. I consume around 210-240g of protien a day. Now what ratio of carbs should I try to be getting to protien. Same with grams of fat to protien to carbs? I know you should eat some good carbs before a workout and take protien shake right after but thats about it. I eat 6 meals a day and try to have protien in each.

    Hard to say Chaos - I also try to get protein with each meal and a complex carb post workout. The rest of the day I just try to watch fat with meals.
    My idea of dieting is leaving out the fries with my sub sandwich!!!
    I powerlift and I would like to lean up a tad to look better, but I know what comes with the weight loss :( Tough for me to give up strength at the cost of looking better...but I'm making a modest attempt to clean up diet
    and get leaner. my BF is comfortable between 14-17%... I would like to see 10-12% just once!!!
