Hard to say Chaos - I also try to get protein with each meal and a complex carb post workout. The rest of the day I just try to watch fat with meals.
My idea of dieting is leaving out the fries with my sub sandwich!!!
I powerlift and I would like to lean up a tad to look better, but I know what comes with the weight loss :( Tough for me to give up strength at the cost of looking better...but I'm making a modest attempt to clean up diet
and get leaner. my BF is comfortable between 14-17%... I would like to see 10-12% just once!!!
