wouldnt the yoghurt and milk slow down protein absorption when u take ur whey in after the workout.....i always think couple bananas is enough for energy and having a good meal or two already in me...

Im not too sure, i think it comes down to the individual

I find that if i eat a small bowl of porridge with fruit and milk about 1 hour before i perform best. Some people feel its too much to sit in the stomach

i think you may be better off with some more complex carbs in that. it seems to consist of simple carbs mainly, excluding the milk and olive oil. but i am not a diet expert or even particularly knowledgable. my 2p.

    im sure it tastes lovely.mmm

its ok block...the banana is complex when its more to the greaner side, when its starts to blacken, the peal, then its more of a simple carb, the mango and stuff will be ok for some energy at the begining...

a whole mango sounds like alot tho....dont no how big u r...i would be too full to train, maybe u should to like block said and maybe add some more complex carbs to it

curious as to why u put avocado...u have ur olive oil...

I seam to get enough energy off of some slices of bread (wholemeal) and a banana.
