I've an email to that effect. It might be the last of their current stock. Ask Simon himself.

Funny you should mention that - I checked with them last week if they had whey in stock, the answer was yes and accordingly i ordered a 20kg sack.

Since then the money has been debited from my account and i'm yet to receive the product. I have tried contacting them three times and have not received a single reply. Rather annoyingly, no number is stated on their website so i have had to just use email and the website enquiry form.

I'm pretty annoyed that i've not even had the courtesy of a response - next time i will be ordering from BP or MP. I'm willing to pay the extra few quid for peace of mind knowing that i'll get my product in the end!

I'm wanting to go on a rant here but will control myself as hopefully it's just a one off communication problem so i will give them the benefit of the doubt for now.

It's not Simon's only source of income and so he may well be busy with other work or even away. The last possibilty is he decided to take a stab at sourcing material again and took the money on the off chance he could get some. On the site it does say it may be 10 days or so (or something like that).

My understanding is that he was thinking of changing the site to an info source and using affiliate links to other sites for sales.

You can of course write as well as email etc

lonsdale exactly the same has happened to me,the money has been debited from my paypal account.I wonder why they have not got a phone number.Ive had no contact from them if they are in reciept of payment despite e-mailing them and using the enquiry form as you have.I know its only been a couple of days and since looking at the site it does state allow 14 days for delivery but its all about peace of mind that the transaction is running smoothly and ya gonna get your goods.Come on simon pull you finger out, i am shrinking!

deadlift good to hear someone is in the same boat - it really is about peace of mind. Meanwhile i have now run out of whey so am making my way through pea isolate that I have (which is absolutely rank) and some egg white protein powder that I had lying around cos it doesnt mix properly!

Hope the whey arrives this week!

    Yea under terms and conditions...
"- Please allow up to 14 days delivery, although we will make sure it gets to you as soon as possible"

Cant argue with the heads up!

Still no contact from company so gonna e-mail and use the enquiry form on the site AGAIN!Reading other posts though and seems to be the trend that the order is just sent out when in stock. This is fine by me as long as you know that you will eventually deffo recieve your goods.
I know im going on a bit but again 'peace of mind' and 'common courtesy' spring to mind.

Protein arrived this morning, get in there!Took only 9 days to come.No replies to any of my e-mails, just delivered the goods. In the future i think i would prefer to deal with other companies unless some sort of contact is made to let you know that the transaction is running smoothly.

if it's the same NZ 80 I got from Myprotein, then, no, it doesn't mix well.
dunno about the taste, as I don't care. protein is protein.

point taken dakensta - if whey tastes bad, just gulp it down - sorted. but if it tastes bad and is lumpy and gets caught in your throat causing you to wretch, then that's a bit cr*p really!

Lonsdale hope your protein arrives soon, tbh im not really fussy on what it tastes and mixes like, its got to be better than tuna shakes! To me its similar to all the other sacks of protein ive had from sponsored companies on muscletalk,90 pounds delivered cant go wrong, great buy once youve got it.
