wrapping knees for squats

what can i use to wrap my knees and is there any specific way this shud be done, cheers. Oh yea, and do i really need to wrap my knees???

    You can get proper elasticated knee wraps off the net - I think Maximuscle do thme. Knee wraps do making squatting a bit easier but it's best not to use them all the time except when you're going for really big lifts.

    always wrap from the inside to outside in direction with the wraps,,,,but as stated unless you are doing heavy triples and singles then there is no need

    If you are having joint pain or problems, take glucosamine/chondroitin or something similar; but I would highly recommend that you don't use straps or wraps for weightlifting.
