yesterdays calorie count(macro's) am i on right track??

calories - 1751 + 100ish (milk in tea,mayo)
fat - 41g
carbs-128g
protein-211g
 
age-21
weight - 13.4
i am trying to get to around that 6 days a week, with a higher carb low fat 1 day a week.
usually do 500cals xtrainer most mornings or HIIT after food. With a 4 day split.

    not enough food

    if you eat say 1850kcals.. then do 500kcals worth of cardio, plus any daily activity, and a weights session.. that will leave you with less than 1000kcals.. too much of a defecit imo, you'll risk loosing muscle mass

    aim for a 500 defecit max per day

    Agree with Loz. But the macro amounts seem to be in the right proportions for a cut IMO - Possibly increase fats to raise your calories slightly? Eggs, nuts, avocado, oils and the like ...

    okey, so i will boil 3 eggs in the morning, and eat them befor bedtime..

    Good choice. You could always just scramble and nuke them in the Microwave for 2 - 3 minutes when you want them? But this is coming from a guy who can't stomach cold boiled eggs ...
