not enough food
if you eat say 1850kcals.. then do 500kcals worth of cardio, plus any daily activity, and a weights session.. that will leave you with less than 1000kcals.. too much of a defecit imo, you'll risk loosing muscle mass
aim for a 500 defecit max per day
