yet another recipe from da badasss
this is just a simple oatcake recipe which can be carried around as a high carb, high protein snack for people who can't always eat a set meal. like builders or so.
two cups raw oats
about 10 egg whites and 1 yolk
a few scoops protein powder
put oats and powder in a blender and add eggs and banana while blending to a thick consistency. add sweetner.
form into bars or cookies and bake at 180degrees to 200 for about 15 minutes. just keep checking with a fork.
can be carried everywhere in your jacket's pockets.
i like to add natural peanut butter while blending.
