want to change up my routine to a push/pull/legs one, just want to see what you guys are doing on this kinda routine so i could change mine. could you let me know:
1. the exercises ur doing
3. tempo (if u have one)
4. rest periods
5. if ur pushing to failure or not
6. how long ur palnning to stay on the routine for
would really appreciate your feedback
1 legs - squats, leg press, calf raise
push - db bench, db shoulder, abs
pull - deadlifts, db rows, lat pulls
2 3x8 on everything except deadlifts at 4x6
3 er, god knows
4 er, god knows, until I stopped hyperventilating probably!
5 mostly yes, but not on deadlifts or squats
6 did 6 months on that or a very similar routine
I would point out that I progressed better on the exercises I didn't take to complete failure.
