    Squats 4x6
    Sldl's 3x6
    Calf Raises 3x12

    DB shoulder press 3x8
Weighted dips or DB incline Bench (swap each week) 3x8
    CG Bench (smith machine) 3x8
    BB Bicep Curls 3x8

    Deadlifts 5x5
    BB Bent Over Row 3x8
    Chins 3x8

I never lift to failure, I used to on another routine though! I dont have a tempo, just try to keep it controlled and not too fast! Rest until i feel ready to get out what I'm aiming for (as in reps).

I plan to stop on this for another two weeks. Been doing this routine for 1 year approx

Lookout for a post of my own in this section very soon!!

    Squat 170kgx1 105kgx25
    Dead 200x1
    Decline Bench 80x6

1 legs - squats, leg press, calf raise
push - db bench, db shoulder, abs
pull - deadlifts, db rows, lat pulls
2 3x8 on everything except deadlifts at 4x6
    3 er, god knows
4 er, god knows, until I stopped hyperventilating probably!
5 mostly yes, but not on deadlifts or squats
6 did 6 months on that or a very similar routine

I would point out that I progressed better on the exercises I didn't take to complete failure.
