your split

how many day do you train in every cycle [some people do not train in weeks, beleive it or not!] so, if every part is covered in 4 days, you vote "4 day split"

thanks

how are you fining the progress symize? do you train for strength/size. i think it is good for both, and i would so far as to say that a simple routine like:

    squat
    deadlift
    chin
    dip
+OHpress maybe.... reapeat every 2-5 days

would be the best possible routine for mass gainers, period. [balls on the line]

I'm finding it's going well, I'm training for size & strength

    I do Squat - Dips - Chins then about 3 - 5 days later Deadlift - Rows - Military all 5 X 5

The one above is tempting though I might give it a whirl

looks great mate, similar to what i suggested in another thread. if you do try it, [^^^^^^] you miht just love it. i do something similar [a little more strength orientated in terms of exersize selection] and 3 mates have recently converted to the one above. good luck with the new one/current one, mate
