July 30th

weighing in at 11st hight 5ft 6inch bodyfat 19.8 %
measurments as follows:- waist 32.5 hips 39.5 theighs 22.0 arm 13. calves 16
ideal measurments as follows:- waist 28 hips 35/36 theighs 19 arms 11 but lesn and calves 14inchs this is more long term.


GOALS for the first 4 weeks

1) loose fat gain some lean muscel

2) eat clean 5x day with one cheat meal once a week

3) train 5 days a week having 2 rest days, 3 days mod cardio 2 days hiit

4) decrease body fat by 1.%
