hello new to this sight but not bb was wondering if anyone here has taken zma and what gains they noticed also with with ****'s **** and glutamine. only been a protein shake taker all these years thinking of maybe branching out. any advice would be grand thankyou

    Give **** a wide birth mate,really pricey and pretty useless really.Did bugger all for me anyway.If you want to go down the pro-hormone road I've had good gains with superdrol and S1+ in the past.ZMA is an expensive way of taking zinc and vit B6.Never really taken glutamine for long enough to give an opinion.

    i agree wiv cleg mate, **** did nout for me either. apart from empty my wallet!!!!

    I went through a couple of kg of glutamine at the end of last year and i can honestly say i did not notice any benefits at all.
