I literally nearly cried when I found this excellent article. Starting strength was simply the best growth period of my lifting career and when I couldn't find the evolvements I trudged on with it without seeing gains for many a month.

Now my body isn't used to it (i've been doing different routines for ages now) that means I can go back to it from the start with the potential to progress my training with the core of the workout still intact. This is literally the best news i've had in some time. Thanks very much for posting this excellent article. If you're not on roids, try this out!
