Homemade protein shakes and smoothies

Mix together until smooth.

To make chocolate cream add 1 tbsp cocoa powder, and for coffee cream add 1 tsp instant coffee. Serves 4.

Combine the 2 cups of water and scoop of protein powder. Stir into tea with vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg. Heat and bring to boil. Pour into a large mug and serve topped with quark ‘cream’ and a sprinkle of nutmeg.
